Author Registry Entry to replicate is not shown in application registry browser?

Is there any reason why a registry entry (custom) would not show up in the
application resource type browser when I am trying to add a registry entry
for replication? I have noticed there were numerous other folders/key that
don't show up when I use the application registry browser.

I have checked the permissions of the registry nodes/key which I am able to
see and they are exactly the same as the one cannot see in the browser.

Lets take for example...

Under the for the \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE, i see Classes, Microsoft but
for some reason I don't see Adobe. So if I wanted a key in the Adobe node I
couldn't replicated it because it was hidden by the resource type browser.

Thanks beforehand,
Gil
