Recently I purchased a translating software program. I
have jumped through all of the hoops but to no avail.
When trying to translate from English to Chinese I will
get two unicode versions, when my email arrive in China
there is a third unintelligible version. If I try to
translate the Chinese unicode into English, the computer
makes up its' own version of unicode with no translation.

When my email from China arrives, the senders name is in
Chinese ideographs, when I open the mail, the name is
changed into unicode, but that is the only translation
that takes place.

There has to be a conflicting program somewhere, but I can
not find it!
