I have Application Center 2000 SP2 sucessfully installed and running
on Windows 2003 Enterprise with FrontPage 2002 extensions installed
and configured. I have FrontPage/WebDAV forwarding enabled on the
cluster.

I am able to browse and publish to the cluster without error as long
as I have the original cluster controller in charge.

However, when I re-assign the controller to one of the other nodes, I
am unable to publish using FrontPage or Web Folders. I am able to
browse the site though.

The errors are:
FrontPage 2002:
Server error: Error 2 opening registry key Software/microsoft/shared
tools/web server extensions/ports/port 80

Web Folders:
Documents in this folder are not available. The folder may have been
moved or deleted, or network prolems may be prventing a connection to
the server.

I have used KB article 264922 to ensure that proper registry security
is in place on both nodes.

Any insight on the issue would be helpful.
