Can some one explain me these response code and what
is the cause for these errors.

Response Code: 404 - The server has not found anything
matching the requested URI (Uniform Resource Identifier).
Count: 2
Percent (%): 4.35

Response Code: 401 - The requested resource requires user
authentication.
Count: 1
Percent (%): 2.17

by the server due to invalid syntax.
