| I,inadvertently maybe, changed the registered file type
DLL and it now has icon with FT000001 behind it and does
not have program to open it. I was having problems with
registry and, since I am still learning computers I
somehow changed this on the Folder Option.
I am unable to un-install some programs due to
InstallShield problems also.
All the DLL files, obviously, will not open and I am in a
huge mess. I am trying to un-install unused programs to
gain space and I think this is where all my frustrations
began.
Can someone help? I am in tears because I do not even
know where to go to search any of these problems.
The InstallShield website cannot help with un-installing
and I got so confused searching the web I gave up.
I will be very appreciative of any help.
