ACT with both .Net and SAS

I am just going through the Microsoft Press book on ACT and have a
question about blended web systems. I am testing a system with two
servers: a .Net web server which sends requests to a SAS database
server.

Is ACT able to run scripts that test the performance of this blended
system?
