High threads for AC Perflog Consumer

| I often see the DLLhost process for the AC Perflog Consumer COM+ package running in excess of 20,000 threads. Is this normal? If not, what are the possible causes?

| Sorry for the confusion. It's excess of 20,000 handles, not threads.
