exclude allsites from synchronization?

| Is it possible to exclude the allsites application from
synchronization? or exclude IIS metabase from synchronization? I
need to synchronize files b/t web servers, but I have different IIS
security settings from the controller.

| No it's not possible to remove all sites or the metabase from
synchronization.
Why would you want to have different IIS security settings?

| Thank you for your response. We have servers inside a firewall using
Integrated security, and servers in a DMZ (not in the domain) using
Anonymous, and the files all need to be synched, but not the IIS
security settings.
