My application uses windows authentication hence pops up the id / pwd
window whenever the url is accessed.

Now when i start recording the test and access the url of my
application it doesn't pops up the id . pwd window instead it
displayes the page saying "You are not authorized to view this page"

is there any way to provide my id / pwd or any other work arround for
this situation. i an using ACT first time hence don't know much about
it.

hi azhmee
MS act doesn't for functionality testing the main purpose
of MS ACT is for load & Stress testing.Functionality testing can be achieved
by programming dynamically using scripting languages & the other way is by
analysing the response codes produced by the test rsults
