Delete link to mail program when email addy entered into cell

How do I delete the link to my email program in cells where I have entered
email addresses. I try to select the cell(s) and it automatically goes to
Entourage. I want to select and sort these addresses, and not go to Entourage
EVER! Any suggestions?
