(Original Message) I recently moved to another computer and once again my
Excel 'Ctr+pgup' or 'Ctr+pgdwn' and 'Ctr+home' and 'Ctr+end' isn't working. I
think the solution is in 'Tools/Options' but I can't locate the fix.

(Add-on message) Also all my cell entries have a single quote mark before
the text in them (even in older saved excel documents).
