Problems synchronizing IIS settings to target servers

Hi!
When I try to syncronize IIS settings to my target servers, nothing
happends. New IIS applications do syncronize and new content but not Default
pages or ohter IIS settings.

Has anyone had this problem before.

Hoping for a fast reply on this.
