Multiple Selections

I am looking to find out how to have multiple selections on an Access form I
am creating. For example I am creating a form where I am data entering
projects that I am doing and may have mutiple departments I am doing them
for. I need to be able to check off several and the information remain with
the record. Hopefully this makes sense.
