How long should it take to replicate files. It seems that the time it takes
is random.
A file could take 1 min from a website and then in another website it wont
replicate unless either I force it or wait for the timed Sych to push it.
What's the algorithm it uses to determine when to push a file, files or
directories?
Does the amount of data in the website have anything to do with it?

Thanks
Vinnie

Usually it should replication within a few minutes. Here are the supported
configurations

Hi George,
Thanks for responding. This information is ambigious at best. So App Ctr
doesn't guarantee that it will detect file changes every time ;) Interesting.
What exactly does it mean about maximum size deployment at 1 target of 50 gig?
Are these limits a 1 time limit and deployemnt or does is it mean that app
ctr not analyze over the stated amount.

If a files is in use, it will not get replicated. That's what the periodic
fully sync is there to catch. If you have 2 members in the cluster, then
you can't sync more than 50 gigs of data.

Hi George,
Thanks for responding. From reading the App Center document it does in fact
specify nodes and amount of data maximums, but I believe it also states that
it will work but that Microsoft will not warrenty it's implementation if one
uses it with data amounts above it's recommended maximum limit.
What has been your experience?
Thanks

Sorry if this is a double reply, I wasn't sure if it went through.

If you run into issues and are over the maximums then you will need to be
below the maximum data limit to troubleshoot the issue.
