Author Audit CRM usage

Is there a way to get some audit information on CRM
When did a Users login / Logout in the application
or when was the Last updated date or
when was the last synchronization date by user (Went Online) etc.

We are using CRM 3.0 and Windows 2003 is our server OS.

Any help is appreciated.
