I'm running Windows Vista Build 5384.
I installed Windows Live Messenger version 8.0 (8.0.0792.00)
When I go to sign in, I get this message.

Signing in to Windows Live Messenger failed because the service is
temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

Error Code:80070005
