Application Center is reseting IIS on servers without any warning.

| Sometimes when we manually sync, App Center will reset IIS on some servers
without warning, kicking users out of the system. Is there a way to change
it to where it will throw an error message saying an IIS reset is needed to
sync proplerly or anything without doing it on it's own?
Thanks

| One more thing to add to this: I just found the pre-deployment drain time
feature which supposedly drains the connections before it resets IIS. I
wonder if this is actually working because we do not use windows load
balancing, but a Big-IP from f5. We cannot use the set online/set offline
feature in App Center because of this, so how can I know if during this
draining time of 20 minutes, if the connections are really being drained??
