Sometimes when we manually sync, App Center will reset IIS on some servers
without warning, kicking users out of the system. Is there a way to change
it to where it will throw an error message saying an IIS reset is needed to
sync proplerly or anything without doing it on it's own?

Thanks

One more thing to add to this: I just found the pre-deployment drain time
feature which supposedly drains the connections before it resets IIS. I
wonder if this is actually working because we do not use windows load
balancing, but a Big-IP from f5. We cannot use the set online/set offline
feature in App Center because of this, so how can I know if during this
draining time of 20 minutes, if the connections are really being drained??
