It's very hard to tell, as it would depend on whether you were using the
default Apache configuration file before, if you had instead installed
Apache from a vendor package (in which case you may need to reinstall that
package), if you had modified the default configuration file previously,
etc.

Reinstalling Apache and redoing whatever configuration steps that you had
to do originally is probably the most reliable, unless you have backups.
