Probably the only way make it totally transparent is to have domain.com
proxy domain2.com, or a script on domain.com that grabs and passes content
from domain2.com. If the script method is used, you would need to make
sure that any paths in the content would work (images, etc.).

Another method is a borderless frame, but that becomes apparent when the
location bar never changes, unless you provide a frame for each link. It
also becomes annoying when no method is provided to jump out of the frame
when following outside links.
