A client is running Apache 1.39. All requests, be they internet or for
an internal service which requires Apache are sent via this proxy
server.

I can filter and forward the requests for the internal service, but I
am having problems forwarding the requests for Internet sites via the
clients other proxy server. This 2nd proxy server requires a login ID
and password to be presented to it in order for the internet requests
to be accepted. I cannot see a way of doing this from Apache.

Anyone know of the command that would be used in order to issue this
user ID and password from Apache to the Internet proxy server?
