Hi,

To be honest, I'm not really sure where I should post this question.
Anyway, I have a Mono application that (for one reason or another) dies
and does not recover (can take between 1 and 24 hours). The Mono
application is hosted by Apache.

Is there a way that I can automatically detect that all is not well and
fire a script that will kill the Mono process and restart Apache? This
is not the solution to my problem, but is required as an interim
measure.

I'm running Mono 1.1.7 on a Fedora Core 3 box with Apache 2.0.52.

Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Camel
