Jake,

you are asking your questions in the wrong group. This one is about WWW
servers on UNIX systems. Both of your questions have to do with very
different topics.

P.S. Hint: You are on a good way to break your RHEL3 by trying to install
software like you do (tcl is even shipped with your OS). AS a beginner
just use the software which is already packaged for your RHEL3. Else you
quickly end up in a desaster.
