Group;
I upgraded my web server from kernel 2.4.x Red hat 7.3 to CentOS 4.5 kernel
2.6.x. Along with it came a new web server, apache 2.0.52.
I was running webalizer to track visits; it does not work with the new
version CentOS 4.5. I think it might have something to do with SELinux???
I have the web server on a different folder than /var/www also (it's in the
/home/www directory).
I use the server for dhcp, dns, http, and a genealogy database geneweb.
Any ideas as to how to get webalizer allowed so I can view my visit data?
Thanks
doug

change SELINUX setting to SELINUX=permissive or disabled
in /etc/selinux/config

or properly set security context to all your web contents.

Thanks gladandong;
I have selinux=permissive and selinux=targeted
I'll try the disabled.

gladandong;
I changed selinux and rebooted, but it did not solve the problem.
I want to start webalizer and see my tracking/visitor data. Any idea on
how to do this? It worked on older Red Hat 7.3. Now centOS 4.5 not.
