New GUI for Apache

| This tool helps you to manage an Apache webserver via a GUI, so you
don't have to type in the complete commandlines.
Completely rewritten GUI, in Delphi this time.
Lower RAM usage. Now the GUI is way more userfriendly.
There is also a new editor with hightlighting support. A
password-manager is available. Frontend for logresolver and so many
more usefull stuff.
New is also a help-file with lots of screenshots.

| shame is doesn't connect to a remote linux apache webserver and it would =
appear its really for apache2

| hmmz yes, maybe i schould have added it was for windows only.
and no it only connect to windows 2k, xp or 2003 machines in the same
workgroup with a shared user.
