I have a CGI counter script which tries to write it's counter file into my
cgi-bin directory but it gives me a write error. I am running Windows 2000
pro and I have even tried to run the service as the administrator to see if
it was a permission problem but that didn't work either. Is there some kind
of permission instruction in the apache config file?
