I would like to develop spam filter program. There will be an email
server (like LDAP). All incoming emails will be checked by the program
in the server and put the spam emails into respective users' spam
folder and delete suspected emails (virus).

Could you please give the websites and the tutorials I should read ?
And may I know the safest and easiest language to develop it! Thanks in
advance!
