Hey, I'm tottaly new to this and I'm trying to figure it all on my own.
I installed apache 2.0.53 fine with no problems, the test page came up
and the server was up and running. Then I went to install php 5.0 and I
changed the contents of my httpd.conf file and now when i restarted the
server, apache won't start.

I have no idea what my error log means so please help! Thanks in
advance!

How about sharing the solution for the benefit of the group, since you
brought it up in the first place?
