When installing

apache_2.0.54-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi

the Installer interrupts immediately ( <1 second ) after it was
started. No error message, just:

"Installation Wizard Interrupted

The Installation Wizard was interrupted before apache HTTP
Server 2.0.43 could be completely installed.

Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at
another time, please run setup again.

Click Finish to exit the wizard."

I shouldn't have to mention that a second try has the same result.
What chance do I have to install the Apache Webserver for home use?

Note: TCP/IP works, QoS is not activated. Everything else works
normally. I am using Win XP home SP2 (German).
