Setting Up Name Servers?

I have set up a web server to host my site on Win2K using apache. The domain has been registered and the name servers have been registered with the domain host. Now for my question.

Do I need to have any extra software or data on my server in order for the domain host to be able to utilise the name servers I have registered?
