Web Servers on Windows - Can connect to my IIS server but not login??

Can connect to my IIS server but not login??

help please IIS windows XP

can connect ok - user name ok, requires but pass (hidden). Have tried
connecting with one of my regular logins. When I connect anonymously it
says either the server doesn not allo anon (even tho it is enabled) or
the email add is not accepted - (used a hotmail acc)

set it up with regular ports - router pass through on 21 etc

in IIS manager:
FTP Site description 'FTP on puta', IP add (external IP) 219.89.68.190,
TCP port 21

Security: Allow anon connections, Username Guest, and have tried
turning on both 'Allow only anon connections' and 'Allow IIS to control
pass'

have fuked around with allsorts of settings.. any ideas?
