I have installed apache2 with the .msi package from it's offical site,
then i can't find any server when i open the apache monitor,how should i do?

You should tell us enough information for people to make an educated
guess, like, what OS? what errors do you get? what does the apache logs
say? what does Windows system and application logs say? what other
server software are you running? etc.

I'll take a wild guess that you're using Windows 98 - apache monitor
doesn't work on that platform. You have to run apache in a console
window. See the documentation at the apache web site for more
information about that.
