Windows 2000 Professional Apache Web Server works on localhost but not outside

| Just recently Apache on Win2k was working properly until
I discovered some spyware on that system.
Now I cannot ping the interface nor get the Web Server to
turn up any Web Sites?
How do I remedy this?
The NIC is Intel based.
RSVP via e-mail.
