Hi!

i want to upgrade my apache-server to the newest release, but the
windows-installer asks me to remove the previous installation first. i
dont want to loose my configuration. so what to do? isn't there an
upgrade-function?

No, there is not, but save all your configuration files and try to use
them in the latest version. If you're going from a version of 2.x to a
newer version of the same, chances are the old conf files will work
fine (although I think 2.5 made me fix a few things). If you're
upgrading from 1.x, there are quite a few entries that will have to be
altered.
