Makefile.win issue for apache2.0.58

I am getting an error while doing nmake /f Makefile.win installr c:\
\apache to compile and install apache 2.0.58.

There are two lines at the bottom of Makefile.win that are causing
these error.
del .y
del .a

Anyone knows how to fix it?
