I've found that using remote web workplace with administrator login
privileges seems to work much faster than using a domain user login. RWW
seems to work quite well for me as the domain administrator but domain users
don't seem to be experiencing the same performance.

Does anyone know why this might be?

Is everyone connecting via the same type of remote connection
ie the administrator could be connecting on a cable modem at 3mb another
user might have have a cable connection at 768, another might be on a dsl at
512
is this possible??

I think the problem is mostly when logging in to the initial RWW main menu.

When a co-worker of mine connects to RWW from home using his cable modem,
the performance is rather slow. It takes a longer period of time for him to
make the initial connection. He says it takes about a minute.

When I connect as administrator from my cable modem at home to RWW, the
performance is fine.

I was just wondering if there is some kind of permissions issue that's
causing this to occur.
