Has anyone had an issue with SBS 2003, where the server
keeps "losing" the CAL License information, preventing
users from logging onto network?

Hi Steve,

Make sure your AV program is not scanning the \windows\system32\lls folder.
You know you can backup your CAL's and restore them, right?
