No longer able to browse to ntserver

| Hi,
We use our Windows 2000 server as a test server for websites. We used to
browse to our files using the address:
http://ntserver (followed by whatever address the files where assigned to)
Recently this no longer works, for a reason I just can't fathom. It now
comes up with a grey page with a graphic of a exclamation mark in a orange
triangle with the warning "Oops...you are here by mistake! Accessing the
content by IP address is not allowed. Please type domain name instead"
underneath.
This is what the error page looks like (This isn't an actual error page,
I've just knocked up a quickie to show you guys):
http://www.ardentstudio.co.uk/nterror/
Does anyone out there know why this would suddenly happen, and anyway of
stopping it. We can browse to the test websites if we use the servers IP
address instead of "ntserver", but ideally would like to continue how we
always used to do it.
Many Thanks.

| are you running IIS 5.0 to support the web page?
Is this Small Business Server 2000??
