hi NG,

can anyone give me an advice for a good micro-atx mainboard with
onboard lan, gfx (tv-out'd be perfect), one serial port and sound for
an athlonXP1600+/fsb133?

i've done some search, but i'm not sure which one could do a good job.

i want to assemble a htpc in a hifi-case (therefore onboard gfx) with
a silent power supply/active pfc two hdd's and maybe dvd, which shall
act as a musicserver.

this moment i've got a test system running with an msi ms-6378 (m2m
combo-l), but this board produces far too much heat itself because of
the power-step-down-ic.
i bought it at ebay and doesn't seem to work properly (freezes), so i
have to look for another one.
maybe someone could share his/her experiences on suitably boards, that
stay cool itself.

any of these?:
