[Snort-users] Snort Rules Update On Debian

| Hi all,
I have installed snort aftre stuggling with my basic
linux skills with mysql support.The OS is Debian
Woody.
I wanted to know how would i regularly update my rules
set,is there an apt-get way of this to update my rule
set...or hwo often and how shld i update to keep it up
to the mark with all latest signatures added to the
rule set.

You should use oinkmaster, it's the more capable
utility for updating the snort rules.
