Squid - Access to only one site?

Can I use squid to restrict access to all sites but one?

WE can restirct every sites except one as,

acl site dstdomain .yahoo.com

http_access allow site
http_access deny all

IT will give access to yahoo.com only. All other sites will be getting blocked there.
