Hello All,
I have just configured squid as transparent proxy.
I'm a newbie in this respect. Can anyone guide me how to measure
the performance to the squid ? is there any tool ?

You can get squid transparant proxy settings informations from using,

If you want to measure squid's performance then use polygraph bench mark tool to measure it's request satisfaction there.

Based on the HIT / MISS rate we can also measure performance of squid requests satisfacation. IF you want then post your squid. conf ( only non # comments) and log file reports.
