I hope NO. Every informations are being stored in system memory and disk with binary format. You can get to know the data's available in the squid-cache with cachemgr cgi script. BUT you cannot clear one entry from there.

If you want to remove cache entries then remove cache directory and RECONSTRUCT as,

../squid -z
