Squid - malformed urls

Hello together,

we try to access some pages on an IIS webserver at a partner company
outside our network through the proxy-server hosted at our
internetprovider. Our provider uses squid/2 2.05 stable 6 but cannot
solve our problems.

When we try to acces some pages, the frames are not loaded. We took a
look at the urls, there are additional characters like "%2E%2". When we
erase then, the pages are loaded.

any ideas, we thougt there is something with unicode?
