Can anyone clear up a few things on installing squid with icap.
I've downloaded stable10 - now how do I patch it to get it to compile
with icap.

I've read one or two posts where you run patch -p1 < ../patchfile

I've downloaded icap-2.5.patch and tried the above but it generates a
whole bunch of errors.

What am I missing?
