Hi,

I am looking for a method which might decrease the speed of internet
gradually in my office LAN.
Say at 6 pm daily from 256 kbps,it drops to 128 kbps at 7 pm and
finally becomes 64 kbps for the next 14 hours to start at 256 kbps
agaun at 9 am next day.

Can squid be configured to do this?
(i dont know much about squid..so sorry if this question is silly)
Are there any alternative methods to do this?

Thx in advance
