Sharing Authentication tokens

Just thought I'd throw this out there, it's been a few years, has
anyone yet-to-date found a way to share say NTLM authentication tokens
between squid such that using the url-hashing you don't have to
password authenticate to each individual squid box? Has anyone though
of a good solution yet to a scenario like that?
