| I have an odd problem with backup jobs crashing. I'm able to backup the
file system & the Exchange information store without any problems, but I'd
also like to do a brick-level backup so I can make small individual restores
as & when needed. The job fails every time, but not on the same mailbox
(although I've never seen it get past about 20 mailboxes).
I've put the backup agent into debug mode, & the log has a lot of entries
such as :

Is it normal to see the 'removed from backup' message? The final entries
presumably indicate the area of the problem, & are several occurrences of :

Do you think an offline defrag & repair is called for? If it failed on the
same mailbox each time I'd think so, but this appears to be more random in
nature. Any help appreciated!
