How to split file in ntbackup to save more than 4go ?

http://www.firestreamer.com/fsdvd/ allows ntbackup to use DVD with media spanning.

unfortunately i'm using win2000 wich is not compatible with this software.
I want to create spanned file on an external hard drive wich is in fat32. (fat32 do not allow files lager than 4go)

thanks to give me other tips if you have.
