Quite a strange request.
There should be a number of channels where you can purchase software.
I can mention:
* webshops
* retail stores
* etc

Because you surely didn't think anyone would help you get copies of
pirated software?

There are a number of free or open-source programs with similar
functionality.

The GIMP could be used instead of Photoshop/Paintshop, for example.
