The computer has 1 Gig memory; the os is Windows XP home; The internal hard
drive is 80 gig, partitioned 60 gig and 20 gig. The C drive is the 60Gig and
Ddrive with 20. There is nothing on the D drive. I also have Maxtor's One
Touch external USB drive with 120 gig as a G drive.
I am using True Image 8.0 trial version. When I try to clone the my C
drive which has about 15 gigs of programs etc. true image sets up ok, and
starts to reboot. Upon rebooting I get the message that true Image cant find
the drive. I am attempting to clone to Maxtor One touch, the G drive.
What am I doing wrong? Can True image clone to an external USB drive? I
did not make the G drive self booting. Any help is appreciated.
Mike

I don't think the trial version will let you do backups. I'm using the retail version w/o
problems backing up to external USB and Firewire drives... Everything works OK...!

Go for the full version, you won't regret it!
